Refund for a wrong item sent. What should I do?

I have been trying to get a full refund with return on a balenciaga bag from a dhgate store as they sent me the wrong bag.. they sent me the suede version instead of the shiny leather version. It cost $110 and dhgate mediator offered $47 as refund. I really don't want the bag but I'm getting nowhere with the refund. Seller said I can return and they will refund the postage once the receive it.

I also ordered a separate one from the same seller, 2 bags, I received only 1. The one I did receive is stunning, and now im trying to get them to send the missing bag.

Ugh so frustrating!

What should I do?

Thoughts on this rep Chanel large tote

I've been meaning to show this bag from Guangzho, that I've been using since I got it 3 weeks ago. It is a scrumptious leather, beautiful finish, huge bag. I am using it for work and really enjoying it.

There were a couple of things that I wasnt too sure about when I first got it:

  1. The CC embossed logo on the hangtag (it looks fatter and flatter than the pics I've seen)

  2. The embossed gold chanel logo where the France is faded, which they said was normal because of the type of grain of the leather.

  3. I was also unsure about the side seams where the flap is attached to the side of the bag... I would have thought that there would have been a better seamless transition, and not have the edges just end like that.

But I haven't seen the original so I don't have much to compare it to.

What are your thoughts on this rep?

Oh also, because of how I was wearing the bag, there is a dent on flap where my arm sits.

Chanel large tote from dhgate seller

UPDATE: I actually bought direct from the seller via whatsapp, as that was what was listed on the Trusted Seller for 2026 Highlight page on the community forum. I didn't buy from a link. It took about 4 days from shipping (to Australia). Usually it takes 3-5 weeks to arrive if I bought from a link on the app.
