Dislike over-repetition. An ADHD thing?

I’ve found in some conversations, I get too frustrated when people tell me info that I already know. There’s no polite way for me to say “I know. You already said that. Move on.”

I also don’t enjoy repeating myself. Again, there’s no polite way for me to say “yeah I already said that.” or “like I said before.” (I don’t say these out loud)

Then to make it all worse, I’m contradicting myself. I know good and well people have to repeat info to me because I’ve forgotten.

This definitely deserves basic compassion, respect, and patience, which I try my best to give. That’s why it seems my frustration is irrational. But does anyone relate? Could this be adhd related?

Ice Cream Recipe Search

Now that the weather is nicer, I want to bring out my ice cream machine. I'm searching for a recipe that I can make with lactose free milk and evaporated milk. I've used a recipe with eggs that is okay, but the texture is too thick for my liking. That's why I'm searching for something else.

From what I've seen online, evaporated milk can replace heavy cream. So I'll run with that. And maybe yogurt would help? Lactose free condensed milk does not seem to exist, so preferably none of that in the recipe. Does anyone have a recipe recommendation that you've liked? I'm new to this, so any tips are welcome and appreciated!

Please, no dairy-free. I have too many allergies.
