Looking for recommendations for true crime documentaries, historical documentaries, and general life stories. My husband and I have watched a lot of the big Netflix documentaries that came out recently (Maternal Instinct, American Murder, etc). We also enjoy documentaries about American History. We are in a bit of a rut trying to find some we haven’t watched, so I thought I’d check here for recommendations. 😊
Not exactly sure what I’m looking for with this post, maybe just some solidarity. I’ve been in the clinical social work field for about 4 years and have been looking to transition to a non client facing role in the last couple of months. Truly, I’m just burnt out with therapy and I don’t think therapy is what I want to be doing for the next 20+ years. I have applied for tons of jobs, even tailored my resume to jobs specifically like utilization management and highlighting my experience that would be an asset to me in the role. I have only been able to get 1 interview and I didn’t get the job.
It just feels like I’m stuck in a job I’m unhappy at. Has anyone experienced anything similar or have tips for breaking out of direct client work? I don’t have experience as a manager which I think is limiting some of my opportunities.

I recently got into survivor a couple of years ago. I’ve watched about half the seasons at this point. (I know I’m crazy for not watching straight through, but I started with a lot of seasons people recommended and then some of the new era in prep for 50).
Anyways, posting this because it’s wild to see how far the game has come/how much it has changed. The new era contestants could not handle these conditions or challenges in my opinion. I’m watching the challenge where they have to drink blood fresh from a cow and it’s just wild to see how much survivor has changed. I love the seasons where they were in different locations and involve the local culture so much in the show. That’s something you don’t really see since they settled in Fiji.
