May concern lang ako about sa leris account specifically name ng father, need po ba ang full middle name ilagay?

Also, mali po kasi spelling ng middle name nya sa psa ko (BERGONIO WHICH IS SUPPOSEDLY BERGANIO). Iniisip ko rin po if may parents name ba sa TOR kasi BERGANIO din po nakalagay dun if ever. Will it affect po ba may application sa upcoming LEPT application SEPT 2026 and what are the things that i need to do po. Huhuhu. Nag ooverthink na po ako now kasi baka if filing na dun ako magkaproblema.
