My parents sometimes trust the news and repeat it to us.

For example my mother once told me not to take whey protein because someone died because of it(the news said so).

My father belives the news channels report true news while the ai version of what they cooked up is being shown.

Is getting nerve irritation common. I have had a nerve irritation on one leg and it was healing but I am still not able to do knee touch while keeping that leg straight. If I do it will flare up again. So I skip a lot of leg day or do not weights on some leg exercises in gym. How long will it take to heal?
