Positive PM/SCL 100?

Anybody else have this and what has been your experience? I just tested positive and am confused. All other antibodies on the extended scleroderma panel were negative. I do have a positive ANA however. What drove me to get tested was nucleolar antibody pattern and symptoms. My symptoms right now are pain in my left hand, and it feels a bit stiff in the mornings. There's this weird buzzy feeling in it too. I feel a bit stiff throughout my body. But nothing visible.
I can't seem to find much info on this anywhere but am waiting on my rheumatologist to contact me.
I have Graves' disease as well, so this is no fun. Just want to feel better.

How long did you wait for your test results?

I'm 26F and had the extended scleroderma panel ordered by my dr after having 1:80 nucleolar pattern for a few years. I do have Graves' disease but everything else has been negative. Now having lots of weird hand symptoms, joint pain, stiffness, tingling, etc in my left hand. My doctor ordered a test for all of the scleroderma antibodies, including the more rare ones because of this. The results are taking a bit long and I'm wondering if anyone knows how long they waited for their extended scleroderma panel, if they've had one done. Also, I'm a guitar player, so it's quite worrisome, since that is my entire livelihood and source of income. I haven't been able to play lately. Also wondering if there are any instrument players out there just to connect.

Can I record everything with a scarlet solo?

Could I in theory record an album with my scarlet solo (guitar/bass) and maybe record vocals and drums in a studio then get it mixed and mastered by someone and have it sound legit? I'm plugging my guitars and bass directly into the Scarlett and some pedals. Somewhat worried about the quality but maybe people do this often?

Does it matter if you look like another musician?

Lately I get compared to Olivia Rodrigo multiple times daily online. It's kind of making me lose my mind a little because I'm just a brunette girl (at most maybe we dress similar?). I'm worried it'll affect people listening to my own music and taking me seriously.
Our music doesn't sound alike. I was curious and listened to her music and to me she's very pop and I'm more alternative/rock.
My worst fear is people will think I'm copying her or something but I've made music for most of my life and have always looked the way I do. Is this a valid concern or does anyone have a better perspective for looking at this or maybe even taking advantage of it?

How do you choose what range to sing in when you have a very wide range?

I had my first real singing lesson for the first time in my life and was told I have a very wide vocal range by my professor. Now that I realized this I don't know what range to choose to sing in. I feel like Ive always been able to sing both low male vocals and very high female vocals even whistle notes (I'm a woman btw). I took this class to help me with my songwriting but now the possibilities feel even more endless. Which I guess is a good thing and confusing thing at the same time. How do you choose what range to sing in if it's very wide? Maybe it's genre dependent? Maybe the answer is just embracing all of it? Would love any knowledge on this topic
