Undecided on options for my homebrew vanguard vets

After a decent break from the hobby I got back in the mood by kitbashing this captain + a sternguard squad for my homebrew although I plan on added a magnetised 40mm base for the sergeant so he can be a captain/lieutenant because the tyranid posenos just too cool. What you guys think?
