I own beam pro and one pro glasses.

Hand gesture is coming to one series.

I also preordered aura.

Aura has also handgedtures.

One series cant connect to sura puck but aura glasses can connect to my beam pro.

But aura offloads certain procesding powers to the puck so my question is this.

The aura glasses , does it have the hand gestures processed on the glasses allone so you can also use hand gestures when you connect aura to to beam pro (no puck)

Before the duscusdion starts , auro comes with puck and xr android why would you use it with beam pro.

Here is the explanation

I want aura +puck for android xr experience specificly for some vr apps.

But since fov is bigger then one pro.

One pro becomes redundant / obsolete.

Beam pro however has normal android and a touch screen.

For media consumption sometimes just casing your eyes below glasses and quickly use a touchscreen is more relaxed.

So id like for medua consumption or streaming to keep beam pro next to puck and choose wich o.s. I need for what occasion demands.

So the question is if i plug aura glasses into my beam pro even tough ill likely use touch screen on that setup. I do wonder if hand gestures would work un that setup too or does the glasses need puck for that .

Ive backed urxr one glasses. It has a higher resolution near 2.5k

Would inair pod when hooked up with urxr one (and their powerbank throughput for the 15w glasses input) give that higher resolution or would it go to 1080p

Does anyone know where to buy travel case where you can store glasses without closing the legs.

The idea of opening and closing the hinges a lit with the flexcable in there to me is stressfull idea.

So why not use such a case if they exist

I appkied for beta testing handgesture feature.

Had to fill out a form/questionnaire .

And round 22 juli those who applied would be informed.

Guess i didn't make it , but at least inform people who go through the trouble to correctly apply that they did OR did not make it.

Ive looked in my email and discord.

Not a peep.

I find that weird.

Did i do simething wrong or does xreal only inform who did get to beta test the hand gestures?

Saw in the reviews the aura puck has a fan.

Now i own a phone with inbuild projector of wich the fan died.

Soon ill have to open it to replace the fan.

So now i wonder , being extra concious of the risks a mechanical part like a fan brings in such a compact device like the aura puck , is this something that could be repaired by a repairshop.

Because lets be honest the high end version of aura (16/512) will likely be over 1500 bucks.

What if the fan dies , maybe it sucked in cat or dog hair or dust ...

Is this repairable or is the puck a brick when this happens.

Same goes for battery maybe.

For the life of me i cabt figure out how i can view youtube 360 degree videos and look around.

I only get movenent wgen i move the beam pro.

My setup: one pro + beam pro + eye.

What i want is to look round in the 360 videos on youtube .

Does not hace to be 3d.

Just moving my head should correspond to looking around in the 360 video.

Havent found any way to do so and gemeni does not give a real solution.

Preferably not having to download the videos abd then needing to ooen them from phone.

Why is this so difficult in 2026 pff , please help

Ive successfully added my dutch abn amro bankcard to google wallet.

However at online checkouts pushing the google pay button its doesnt show up and it wants me to add a creditcard.

Google wallet is useless to me like this. I cannot use it to pay for anything online.

Help?????

The cap on final price for aura is 1500.

There are however 2 models.

12/256 and 16/512.

Is the 1500 the cap for the 16/512 model or does xreal mean you can have a model thats under 1500 if you choose the base model (12/256)

Last uear i bought the xreal one pro + eye + beam pro.

Im form europe. Particularly the netherlands.

I have no creditcard and bank transfers or ideal/wero payments were not allowed for xreal purchases.

Ended up paying a fried with a credit card and hace him purchase for me.

That option is no longer available for me.

So might xreal consider adding the wero (ideal) online banking transfer methode that works in european countries.

I really want to buy aura..

Make it easier for us europeans without creditcards?
