My blood test for HLAB27 had the result as ‘indeterminate’ and I was initially told I don’t have the gene. Turns out that test was done using the Flow Cytometry method. My new rheumatologist asked me to repeat the test using PCR method, and that came out positive.
This is just one snippet. The YouTube video title mentioned they were meeting their relatives after 18 years. HM were forcing these kids to be on camera throughout the video and it was painful to watch. Those kids clearly didn’t want to and were trying to hide their faces and run away every chance they got. The girl peeled her hand away from Manimegalai in the end to get away. It must suck to be their relative and have a camera shoved in your face for content.
My rheumatologist is trying to get approval for me to start Cimzia and I had a few questions around it.
- If you are in the US, how long did insurance approval take for you?
- Can I choose between pre-filled syringe vs auto-injector for Cimzia? Which do you prefer?
- I’m scared of giving myself the injection. Did you have the option to get it done at the doctor’s office or any advice around this?
- Any advice for injection day? What can I expect after the first shot? Did you feel any different?
- How long before it started working for you?

I am about to start Cimzia and I am also planning to get pregnant soon. If you were pregnant while on biologics, please share your experiences! Were you asked to stop at any point, did you have to see MFM, does it affect the birth plan, does it affect the baby's vaccine schedule? Thanks in advance!
Calling out Kenisha’s abusive comments is a good thing.. But how is she acting any better than Kenisha?
Calling her a “theru theruva bar la padra ponnu” and then taking a moral high ground saying she she speaks for all women’s issues.
She made multiple videos mocking Kenisha and attacking her and did actually bully her.
She’s going on a long rant in a video about people calling her a bully and criticizing her videos..
Wasn’t she just advising Kenisha and Ravi they should be able to handle criticism about their public actions?

I’ve uploaded 5 shorts so far and they got 1-2k views each within 2 days and then . For my 6th one I tried to use a different set of hashtags and tags to target a broader audience and it ended up getting only 200 views in 2 days and has stalled.
Can I delete this latest one and reupload, changing just the metadata and hashtags to be similar to my previous ones? Or should I make this one private and reupload the same video?
