I have a friend that can’t afford an emergency vet but her boxer collapsed yesterday and she had to give her mouth to mouth. She never lost a pulse but she quit breathing. My friend stayed by her side all night and the boxer made it through the night but is lethargic. My friend is terrified and has no idea what to do.
