Can't go see doctor/Agoraphobia

Really struggling with the intersection between HA and agoraphobia. It makes me feel like I'm trapped and can't get help if I need it. Right now I'm having sleepiness and am terrified it's low iron and therefore sinister/GI bleed/iykyk. I need to get a blood draw to figure this out but I can hardly leave my house! Plus, seeing concern in a doctor's face sends me straight into a panic attack.

Basically just frustrated with how agoraphobia is stopping me from resolving these HA fears.

health anxiety

my emetophobia does not stem from health anxiety and is about the act itself. however, recently i also find my self worrying that if I did throw up it would indicate something sinister going on with my body. the logic is since i haven't thrown up in so long, whatever is able to make me throw up now must be serious or dangerous or "big".

has anyone been able to reframe this kind of thinking?

general sense of "something's wrong"

i've had HA for years and been hyper focused on various types of diseases throughout.

but sometimes, even when I don't have a specific concern, I'll worry about mundane everyday sensations e.g. tiredness, trouble waking up, digestion, drowsiness. i just feel like something isn't right with my body and i should be taking it easy and like it might be dangerous to "push" my body. this usually results in me spending the day in bed, just in case, and i end up wasting SO much time. i'm not sure if this is common?

Anyone else's main symptom nausea?

I'm always doubting whether I'm really experiencing panic attacks.

Besides the mental terror and worries, my primary symptom is intense nausea, along with a racing heart and sweating. My digestion goes completely quiet like it has shut down during these attacks. They last 20 mins - 2 hours. Once I start coming down I can literally hear my digestion come back online. Sometimes I'll have intense shaking like chills in my muscles at the end of an attack.

Does anyone else experience similar symptoms?

I'm so frustrated and so done - Vent

Doing awful. I've been with my new therapist for about 8 months with such little progress.

He suggested an intensive program, and I've reached out to a bunch of clinics. But obviously I have no idea how I would manage to actually attend treatment, since it would require me to be in a clinic all day everyday? I've asked about this, and no one is able to provide any help. All they say is that the first days are hard and people tend to have panic attacks. But if I was able to push myself into situations where I'll have panic attacks, I wouldn't have this problem in the first place!

I feel like something is really wrong with me. Apparently normal people with anxiety disorder just decide to attend treatment and force themselves through? But I don't have the mental strength.
