Can this bacterium also cause mild symptoms?

Hi everyone, I’m a 22-year-old man. For the past 7 months I’ve been suffering from acute anxiety with panic attacks and cardiophobia… it all started when, especially after every dinner, I noticed dyspepsia, bloating, and stronger and faster heartbeats, this was the switch to make me panic. A month later, random nausea began, with equally random durations during the day, along with other mild symptoms.

My doctor has always told me it’s anxiety and functional symptoms, also because nausea has decreased but persists, but I’m convinced that something in my stomach is bothering me and I would like to take this test. Has anyone experienced these mild symptoms, maybe not as severe as others described and discovered this bacterium?

Is it a myth that fasciculations can be a symptom?

Hello everyone, I'm 22 years old and male, I've been suffering from acute anxiety and cardiophobia for 7 months..

Today, right after the end of an act of autoeroticism, I noticed these twitching movements in my left hand and fingers. They've been going on for half an hour and then calmed a bit, coming and going.

I'm seriously worried it might be something severe like a stroke or a TIA, even though I've always known that a stroke never starts with muscle twitching And that's why I wanted to know if it was a myth or not?

Honestly I don't understand why and it has never happened to me, then if I touch a nerve towards the wrist I can accentuate the sensation and sometimes trigger it so I don't know if it indicates something. I'm obviously not asking for a medical consultation but my anxiety leads me to hear someone who knows "this world"

After autoeroticism, something terrible happened to me.

Has anyone ever experienced anything similar? Has anyone ever had this?

Hello everyone, I have never suffered from extrasystoles, Maybe I felt a single heartbeat skipped every 5 months.. I’m 22 years old, but I’ve been dealing with cardiophobia for 6 months.

For months I had no symptoms except for an fast heart rate at rest, likely driven by the sympathetic nervous system and anxiety. After 1–2 months, also thanks to psychotherapy, I had improved a lot, but then I experienced an event that threw me back into cardiophobia, from which I still haven’t recovered.

It happened twice this year about two months apart: once I was sitting, I remember it was after masturbation, and the other time I was in the bathroom and I had bent down to pick up a dropped thing. I felt the typical skipped beat (whether it was a PAC or PVC, I don’t know), and immediately afterward I had some more skipped beats in a row, in succession, not very fast, for 5–6 seconds.

I think I understand that it was not NSVT, but rather a “salvo/run of extrasystoles.” I was wondering if anyone here has ever experienced something like this and what cardiologist has told you .

I wanted to know if they are actually benign, because everywhere I read says they can be dangerous when they occur in this way, and the fact that I’ve had them twice this year (the first time ever was 5 years ago) has thrown me back into deep anxiety. I recognize that twice there have been "triggers" but I don't know what changes If the event happened

Is this normal during an orgasm?

M22 - I developed cardiophobia about 7 months ago. At the time I had a echocardiogram, several ECGs, and a 24+ hour Holter monitor, all of which were normal.

For about two months I was very anxious, even afraid to walk, after noticing a fast heart rate at rest (90-100) with no other symptoms. The anxiety gradually improved and the beats stabilized too, but I still tend to worry about my heart even if I forgot the main reason that caused me all this, possibly also worsened by stomach issues and bloating after meals.

I haven’t fully returned to masturbation yet. I used to do it regularly, but now I still feel hesitant. When I do, I sometimes notice a strong, fast heartbeat during and just after orgasm for about 10–15 seconds, which then settles. I’d like to know if this is normal, because before I didn't notice it at all, I wouldn't want that not doing it as much as before more adrenaline than usual is concentrated and this causes everything
