don't purchase luggage and expect warranty repairs

purchased large check-in in 2023

nothing but buff and scratches until in may of 2026 one wheel finally gave out in Philippines

submitted warranty claim may 4th have been given two different shipping dates still have yet to receive anything.

Girlfriend should have her passport by the end of the month. Was planning on taking her to Thailand for a week for her first international trip (since me [usa] her [phl] don't need visas). Anything I need to do or get, besides booking flights and hotel. Thanks for any advice
