4 month old kitten blood in stool acting normal

female, calico, 4 month, spayed, acting normal, she was dewormed before we adopted her but might be that, no vet visit. we recently moved into my new apartment and we noticed her butt would have some poop on it so we gave it a wipe. today i went to check after today’s poop and saw a dot of red blood on her opening. I scooped and there was red on the litter. her stool is normal and she is acting completely normal. I searched and am receiving mixed advice. some say not to worry and some say to take her to the vet. I believe the cause is stress. what should I do?
