Hello all,

i played a lot of BDO and I love the sandbox, Open world PvP, the politics around PvP, the combat and the lifeskills.
But the way the Game goes with gambaboxes and insane amount of Grind to get the endgame gear is slowly but surely a dealbreaker for me.

This is why I want to ask here if there is a Game which is in a couple of the things I said above like bdo? (it doesnt have to be exact the same)
I heard about oldies like L2 and AA (Both private Servers) but I am really not sure if its worth to take one of them as a Main MMO.

I've been playing BDO for a long time but it's my first AoS season that I'm doing. Otherwise I've done a lot of NW, so I'm not new to PvP.
My main is awakening wizard with which I do everything (PvE, NW etc.) out of lifeskills. Since a lot of people have said that awakening wizard performs very badly in AoS, I trained and played AoS with a few classes that I found appealing. But I have to say that no class is as much fun for me as awakening wizard.

Now to my question, since I don't have that much experience in AoS, is it still possible to perform well in AoS with awakening wizard? What would you say is the most important thing to be good with him in terms of playing style?
