Inconsistent french press coffee

I’ve been trying to get better and more consistent coffee from my French press, but I’m still not really loving the results.

My setup:
Timemore C2S grinder
French press
Digital weighing scale
Proper airtight coffee storage
I’ve also tried the James Hoffmann French press technique + different brands of coffees

So I feel like I’m doing most of the basic things right, but my cups still seem inconsistent. Sometimes they’re decent, but other times they taste acidic, bitter, hollow, or just generally underwhelming.
Is getting a consistently good cup from a French press genuinely this finicky, or am I probably doing something wrong?

I’d especially love some advice on how to troubleshoot this systematically instead of randomly changing variables every brew.

Aeropress from Araku website

Has anyone bought an aeropress from the araku website? i find it weird that it is so much cheaper than the amazon website. Also, there doesnt seem to be a lot of details around the product. Should i still go ahead with it? Any other websites you can recommend?

I've taken a bunch of online courses like singing success but i just never really understand how to achieve the mix. I end up with something in a falsetto voice or pulling up chest. Can someone just give me 1 clear thing to do? I ideally would love to sing high melodic rock songs

New to the world of coffee and the term acidity just confuses me. Can you give me a clear taste guidance on how to really think about acidity? I know it is sour but dont really catch that a lot in the coffee usually
