Is coming to office twice a week is project specific? Can we come on any days of the week and leave?

What happens after your interviews and getting selected the role goes on hold? (Role still not active)

Do they get an offer at a later time? No?
Should I consider it as done and move on?

Hi, I cleared the consultant round and even had HR round on March mid. I still haven’t gotten the OL.
HR ain’t responding to emails either.
Will I get any offer from them or better to move on?
PHT was also submitted during that time. Portal shows review in progress.
I have not received rejection email either.
