



Original Lomo Wide Vs Wide Glass - Lens flare comparison shots.
(First two shots are from the Original Lomo Wide. Second two are from the Glass version.)
Thought I'd post this here as the difference is really stark between these two cameras even though they're the "same" camera in most ways.
They both are very, very prone to lens flare, but the Glass does not do it anywhere near as much and also looks so much better when it does, actually kind of adds a vibe to them. The plastic lens just looks trash and those two shots are not even shot in difficult lighting, I actually thought it was a light leak when I first got it because it showed up in like half my photos with that camera.
I was able to basically completely fix the flare on the plastic version by using a hood. Unfortunately the filter threads are slightly different size so I'll have to order a separate hood for the glass version to test that out too.
