In all my years I have never taken a photo with anything other than a phone. I chose this camera because of its simplicity and I couldn’t be happier. Still learning but wanted to share some of my favorites. Thanks r/instax!
Immediately after taking the photo in selfie mode, I removed the gel packs from the top and bottom of the film. Then, I peeled off the white protective cover and removed the photo. I kind of like the effect.
Hello everyone, I have the instax mini evo and realised that my film had expired almost a year ago. I still have it a shot but unfortunately the camera won’t recognise that the cartridge has been changed and the test picture won’t come out. The error that I get is very vague and just asks for the camera to be turned off.
Is there any way to fix this or is the cartridge gone forever?
Just bought this off ebay. I put a new pack of film in and been getting these lines consistenly on my photos. Has anyone experienced this before? It’s the instax square link
Been using my Lomo'Insant Wide more as a reason to get out and explore my city, but I do also genuinely try to take nice photos, even if I have no idea what I'm doing...
Why's the second half frame shot a bit blurry 😅 , whereas the first full frame seems ok ...
Trying to figure out is it the top down lighting or distance related problem 🤔
Tried something a little weird. I’m learning developing 35mm film. I took my first developed roll and scanned them. I took 3 of the best scans and printed them with my Instax Wide Evo. Hopefully this weird post is allowed.
I personally find it fascinating to go Analog to Digital to Analog all to print a photo.
In a past life I majored in black and white darkroom photography and I had hopes this would make for a simpler way to get that effect, but alas, it’s meh. It also doesn’t help that I hate using flash, but have essential hand tremors, so it’s difficult to bulb or just not use flash without a totally blurry photo.
Instax mini 90, and her name is Halvah 💜
Hi,
I just received my mini Link+ and the prints seem very faded from what I was expecting from the marketing materials. https://instax.co.uk/printers/mini-link-plus/
My images look pretty low contrast in comparison (see attached). I'm not expecting the blacks to be as rich as the phone screen of course, but something seems a bit off here.
Am I expecting too much?
I’m thinking about getting an instax printer and was wondering if the film is archive quality? I have some Polaroids from about ten years ago that have stayed in a dark drawer that are almost totally faded now, but my understanding is that instax film is higher quality. How do your decade old photos look now?
Tried to take pictures of a caterpillar and a bee I saved but everything is ruined, this is not the first time I just don’t understand how my instax mini manages lights… I’m new to this please don’t be despising and be kind. 🌞🤍
Hey guys!! I'm wanting to use my mini instax 8 at my wedding, I was looking for fujifilm with an adhesive back so guests could take a pic and put it in the guestbook, but I'm not finding anything!! I haven't used my camera much since middle school so I'm not really sure what I'm doing😅 if anyone would have any advice or recommendations for an alternative (preferably cheaper) camera I would really appreciate it!
I thought it was a fun idea to take vendor portraits.
