Any recoomendations?

Hey everyone, I’m considering buying a Fujifilm Instax Mini 9 second-hand in 2026. I’d love to hear your thoughts:

• Is it still worth picking up in 2026 compared to newer Instax models (Mini 12, Mini 13)?
• If you bought a Mini 9 back in 2022, how much did you pay for it at that time?
• What would be a fair price to pay for a preowned one now?

Any advice on durability, film compatibility, or whether I should just go for a newer model would be super helpful. Thanks!

Hi everyone,
I checked on the MahaRERA website and the proposed completion date of my project is December 2026. However, the builder claims to have completed the project early in February 2026 and asked me to pay the remaining amount immediately.

Due to short notice, I managed to arrange the money only by April 2026, and now the builder is charging me a penalty for late payment.

My questions are:

• Is it fair for the builder to demand payment earlier than the proposed completion date?
• Shouldn’t buyers get a reasonable time period to arrange funds?
• If the proposed completion date is December 2026, can the builder hand over possession anytime before that, or does he need to stick to the timeline mentioned on MahaRERA?

Would appreciate insights from anyone who has faced similar situations or knows the legal position under RERA.

I know this sounds crazy but the tv remote costs around 2k and its not too long i have purchased it
