Maintenance Recs @130k (own since 100k)

My 00 Yukon SLT is pulling up on 130k miles and has had only oil changes, rear shocks, air filters since 95k when I got it. Only noteworthy performance comments below:

SUSP- I feel like the ride could be smoother as it doesnt just eliminate the sensation of small road bumps or manhole covers anymore.

TRANS- Also, it feels like it 'thunks' into gear when initially engaging D or R, especially when going between D and R either way. Seems to shift smooth through the gears up to highway speed and nothing funny coasting except the odd light clunk sound overheard when rolling downhill toward my house (it sounds like it maybe downshifts at very low speed?). Not sure what transmission ailment this seems like or if even a red flag.

Seeking advice- front bumper repair

Lot damage (didnt see unfortunately)

First pic is after a handwash -scuffing in close shots is 90% gone)

Can it be done decently well without repainting?

I know paintless dent repair is typically for metal panels, but does anyone have experience w repairs on lightly creased and bent/bulging plastic with undamaged paint?
