ICE spotted in the area. White sedan 334-xxx unknown last 3 letters.

I work in Colorado for a c4. I am a contracted w-2 employee. My contract ends at the end of September. My boss asked me if I wanted to move to the c3 as a part time contracted employee until December. If I do this they said they will pay out my contract and I’ll get to keep my health insurance until the end of September. I plan on filing for unemployment. Are there any issues that could come from moving over to the c3? Would it mess with my ability to file unemployment? The c4 and c3 have different tax ID numbers.
