It seems to be what I believe is a wart on the pad of my thumb? First picture is from a week ago after treating it for a week with Compound W Salicylic Acid after initially realizing I may have a wart.

Before treating it, it was just flesh colored/invisible, basically flat but I just felt a tiny nub on the pad of my thumb; it was itchy with a super teeny tiny dot (not black) in the center. So, I instinctively began treating it as a wart.

I cut the wart out like an hour after taking the first picture. It didn’t hurt or bleed. The skin had zero feeling and peeled away very easily. Been treating it just the same with Compound W and keeping it covered with a bandaid.

Second picture is a couple days after that (with the Compound W on it) and it seemed to be spreading/getting bigger………..

Third picture is from a few days ago.

Last picture is from right now/today and what it currently looks like. I have not continued to pick at it or cut it out since initially cutting it out the first time.

Still looks like it’s getting bigger??? Ugh.

All I’ve been doing is treating it with Compound W salicylic acid 2-3 times a day and keeping it bandaged so I don’t spread to other parts of myself or to anyone else.

Uuuughhhh. Idk what else to do, but I want to cry!!!!! I’ve never experienced anything like this. I feel like I may have contracted it from handling dirty change/money at my job.

Please give me some advice. Thank you!!!!
