my eyelid shape has completely changed

Over the past year my eyelids have completely changed shape and texture. First photo is now and second photo wasn’t even a year ago. I’m 24 years old so I don’t believe this has to do with typical aging. My left eyelid is completely different from my right.
I like how my eyelids look in the morning because they are swollen and look more even / plump but as the day goes on it looks like i haven’t slept or had a sip of water in 20 years. Has this happened to ANY one else? I am so desperate and wasn’t even sure where to post this. Honestly embarrassing even posting these photos but again, I’m desperate. I know the angles and lighting are totally different but I’m sure it’s obvious that there’s still a major change and that’s what I’m after fixing.

[Anti-aging] eye wrinkles at 24 yrs

Hello! My eye area is really messing with my self confidence. I only noticed this problem within the past year so I’m kind of scared it’s just going to keep getting worse. Ive asked this question in the past and everyone just told me it’s normal and to pretty much deal with it but I’m looking for real answers if this is solvable without Botox. (I’ve tried Botox and it only worked in my forehead and not my eye area.) I haven’t had this problem until this last year and I’m worried because it’s rapidly getting worse. The under eyes are becoming quite holllow too but I’m pretty sure this isn’t solvable by skincare so I’ll just target the wrinkles if possible.
My question is, does this look like something that can be solved by skincare or am i going to need something deeper than that? Recommendations for skincare products that have actually solved this issue for you would be very much appreciated.
Thank you.

So I have only had two of these reactions before. The first one was after i had made a homemade gyro sandwich

The second reaction was just now after a handful of cheez its. What happens to me is first, my palms get incredibly itchy, then my ears are super red and hot feeling. It then starts feeling really tight and “sunburnt” on my elbows. I also notice that anything mildly annoying that may be going on in the moment causes me to get irrationally angry. The reaction lasts about 15-20 min. The weird part is I’ve had both of these foods more than once and didn’t notice any issue
