I predict that since Olivia randomly decided to not have overlapping while having two stages ( thats not how festivals works 😭😭) 90% of the people will camp for their places and the barricades at the stage where olivia will perform and the other stages will be empty asf
Especially the smaller artists (poor them, istg what was she thinking when she was planning this, does she thinks that parasocial crazy livies will give up their places for artists they dont know?) and the older bands like the breeders, bikini kill and garbage, her fanbase is filled with 9 year olds or just people who doesnt know them and dont listen to other genres than pop; their stages will either have no one in it or 6 people who felt bad abt them and dead crowds who dont know a lyric.

Is it just me or did this album lowkey flop?
I wasnt the biggest Olivia Rodrigo fan in the past years but when Sour and Guts came out her songs were everywhere, it was almost like you couldn't escape her
I find her past albums childish and bland copies of pop punk but she did have impact on people (atleast on social media)
for example Sour influenced a wave of tik tok artists to copy her cheap paramore persona and make her same "alternative" sound (just pop music with guitars) like mgk, jaydxn or sm and the abcdefu girl (I like to call that era the olivia rodrigofication of rock music, it was so ridiculous), and I used to listen to her songs sometimes, but its prob bc my brain wasnt fully developed then
Her albums were full of hits and singles that were popular, even If I hate to say it
Now what the hell happened to that? I keep hearing abt her album and people glazing it, but what abt the songs?
In my opinion the singles of this album are weak as hell, and nobody cares about the other songs, excluding parasocials livies.

This makes me think that if it wasnt for all the pr, pap walks with different guys, performative activitism, rumors, breakups, the public's sympathy gained from the credits thingie and everyone hating on Taylor swift, gen x rockstars shes collabing with and 50 year olds white males, critics, incels and indieheads shes trying to appeal to, this album wouldve flopped so hard but since shes "not like other girls" critics love to glaze her and ppl listen to them.
This album was so weak its actually funny when you take a look at what other people say abt it, like "this is so mature and life changing and different from the past albums" This is really just pr, in some years maybe it will age as bad as sour did and people will wake up.

With guts, she was trying to be some kind of rock goddess wearing bodysuits with her 😺 was out while she was singing about being insecure and teenage love trying to imitate paramore from temu (and ig that didnt work bc nobody was taking her seriously)
now shes wearing babydolls while trying to imitate bikini kill or hole; her music sounds nothing like 90s riot grrl and she looks like a bland grunge clean girl courtney love copy with those dresses on(like those influncers on tiktok inventing clean goth the second goth fashion got mainstream)
