I really wanted to know what mbbs interns in india do and learn as I am doing my internship in a foreign country ,so I want to know what I am missing out here..what u people do ,how much clinical work u do and how much do u learn because I feel here I am just working with patient files

Is it a correct way if I try to study system wise like cvs physio anatomy patho pharma surgery pedi medicine instead of doing subject wise as I feel that ways I am just remembering the things and not learning and not correlating anything..I feel dumb in my internship and also want to prepare for neet pg side by side as our hospital doesn't have too much load.is this strategy wrong,and if yes what's wrong about it
