Be nice. I know I look better than before, sure. But I just hate my results. I’m 13 weeks post op and genuinely hate what I see when I look in the mirror I know I don’t have my over hand but I am still covered with rolls everywhere I look. I see the under boob breast roll flares. I hate the humps over my hips. I hate the way my breast looks. I hate clothes on my body. I hate them off. I am hoping this really is swelling and will go away.
I lost 65lbs and they removed 8lbs the day of surgery. I am now up 5lbs from the day of surgery weight. No matter what I’m doing I can’t lose. I move, eat high protein and high fiber. I’m even on a tirzep and I can’t lose anything. I feel like I look boxy and too heavy in everything.
I had an ext tummy tuck with muscle repair, brachialplasty, breast Aug, and lipo of the flanks under arms and hips.
