Hi everyone, I’ve got rosacea and I’m looking into laser treatments.
There is one 20 minutes away but they only offer ipl laser.
There is one about an hour away that do v beam.
Coming to my conclusion, what is better ipl or v beam.
I’ll upload a photo of my skin if that would help anyone.
Been do the dermatologist and they said they couldn’t offer any laser they just recommended me to wear makeup 😂.

Hi, I got offered regular braces - free from my healthcare.
But the orthodontics said I would have to get 4 teeth removed for my crowding, but my teeth aren’t that crowded at all. It’s just my front tooth overlaps a bit that is it.
Anyways, I read that Damon braces are better but obviously quite expensive
I was wondering if I didn’t get any teath removed called Damon braces cause recession?
Also, any tips on how to get a pallet expander I do actually think I would benefit from this but I’m not sure if my orthodontics offers it?

Hi all, I’m wanting a pallet expander.
Not just for cosmetic but I feel like my tongue is too big for my mouth. It doesn’t fit on the roof of my mouth correctly.
