My account got disabled, and I’ve read online that you should get verified to contact meta which I did with my other account, but I don’t know what the second step is please help if you could. My account is a business account and they disabled it for no reason they say it is a community guidelines. I might do something without me remembering, but it wasn’t clear on the message
My account got to spend it last weekend. Don’t know what’s the reason, but it says that I didn’t follow the guidelines. They did a authentication to verify me and I did which I did put my national ID card and they didn’t get back with anything. No news. Nothing tried entering after three days. It says authentication again, which I did again and still same problem if anyone could help me I would be so thankful because this is my business account on my personal one, like I don’t know how to contact Instagram’s customer service line I need help ASAP
