Which two German cities have the biggest cultural difference?

We’ve been to both Berlin and Munich now, and honestly they felt so different that we’re a little confused about what’s actually “typically German” anymore. 😅

Which two cities would you say feel the most different?

What are your favorite hidden gems around Kaiserslautern/Landstuhl/Ramstein?

Not talking about the obvious tourist spots 😄 I'm curious about the places around the KMC that you actually keep going back to.

Could be a restaurant, bakery, hiking spot, lake, small town, viewpoint, café... anything really.

What would you recommend to someone who wants to explore the area a little more?

What’s one thing you wish you knew before moving to Ramstein?

I've noticed there are always a lot of people on here getting orders to Ramstein and asking the same questions about cars, housing, where to live, etc.

So for those who have been here for a while: what's one thing you wish someone had told you before moving to the KMC?

Could be anything – living off base, German culture, getting around, places to avoid, things that are way easier than you expected, or just random everyday stuff.

I feel like the small things are usually the ones nobody tells you about 😅
