I live in India. My drive just stopped working yesterday. I can't feel any vibrations, and there's just a beep sound when I put my ear to it. It's covered under free data recovery. Seagate says it's free; they will send it through UPS, recover it, and send it back to India. I have to pay the customs and clearance fees. I don't know how much that will be.
