Which bike?

Current bike is a 2016 Kona mahuna which is getting too small so looking for a good upgrade
Mainly riding single track at buffalo pound sk Canada
Budget is around 3k CAD
Plan on riding blues and blacks and getting into smaller jumps and drops in the near future

These are the three I’ve kinda narrowed it down to but let me know about any others I may have missed

Need help picking a bike

I currently have a 2016 Kona Mahuna with an upgraded front fork (Like a $250 rockshox air fork, I can't remember the model), pedals, grips, and I also put a KS dropper post onto it. It's getting a little small on me, so I don't want to put any more money into it if I'm just going to outgrow it. I do mainly city riding and a few dirt trails that I can find in the city, but I also like to go to Buffalo Pound SK Canada and I mainly ride blue trails there, but I'll ride the occasional black trail too. It’s mainly singletrack trail riding and I'm not doing any jumps or drops or anything, and if I am, they are less than 1-2 feet high. My budget is under 3000 CAD including taxes and stuff. I know I definitely want a derailleur with a clutch to stop my chain from rattling everywhere. I also am just thinking of getting a hardtail, and maybe for what I'm doing, I don't need to spend all of my 3000 CAD budget. I have read through the finding a bike subreddit, and found the Trek Roscoe 7 and the Marin San Quentin 29" 2, and think those are good options, but Idk if those are the best options. Also, I have a Dutch Cycle bike shop nearby that i know can give me a discount because i know the owner, so they stock both the Rocky Mountain growler series and they also have a Kona honzo ESD and they also carry giant I think. I'm 16, almost 17, and probably not growing a lot more ( I’m about 5’9 and 185lbs) and about and have about 10 years total experience on a bike, but only like 3 or 4 years riding trails. I plan to continue mountain biking as I get older, that's partly the reason why I'm getting a bigger bike and spending a little more to future proof it so it’ll last me a while. So any advice or recommendations are greatly appreciated!
