The realms, their size and more?
Has characters in the lore actually travelled through mundane means across the length of entire realms? Do we know how long that takes?
Do the realms actually expand slowly over time, or do they mostly stay the same size, which seems to be much bigger than the World That Was, but perhaps not literally infinite in scale.
