This is me right after i started my 0.5 lip filler for the first time , I have psoriasis and use a cream for my skin , is this a vascular occlusion or just a reaction , PLEASE HELP ME IM FREAKING OUT

Can somebody please tell me if this is vascular occasion or just bruise from lip filler
