AnkerGames P2P

My question is simple - there are a lot of "producers" on the site such as Codex and Plaza. However the producer that has most of the games on the site is P2P. Is it even considered a producer or is it something else? I downloaded some games from them and some had false positives (a lot of them even - triggered by VirusTotal) and some of them were totally clean.

False Positives

Obviously when you install any pirated game nearly always you will get an alert from AV that you have an virus. But when I installed certain games some didnt trigger the alarm and some did. For example cod mw3 (2023) had this file called "discord_game_sdk.dll" and it got flagged on VirusTotal by 42/70 engines. So even though its not normal to have 40/72 flagged I wonder if this certain file is normal to have it since its a normal file in the original CoD game.

Steam Api

As the title says I have a question about steam api. I recently got into pirated games and started downloading from AnkerGames and the games I downloaded were mainly from a publisher called "P2P" I downloaded like 4 games from them and they worked fine until I downloaded CoD MW 2 (2009). When it was done installing I've put the steam api file into virustotal to check it and it showed me like 40/60 mainly flagged as trojan, malware or malicious. As I said I downloaded games from P2P before and for example Tlou1 which has steam api too and in that case it was totally clean (0/60 on VT). My question is (i know its probably normal cause its pirated ofc lol) but is it normal for older games steam api to show up as malicious cause it has to do something with system files?
