My roommate and I are seeking one more person to join us in applying for a two floor, three bedroom, apartment in Ridgewood. This is the listing for the unit here:

The total rent for the unit is $4200. We are currently considering an even split between roommates of $1400 each. The move in date for this unit is May 31st. The lease term is 12 months. The unit is located at 1819 Putnam Ave, just blocks from the M train and Topos Bookstore.
