Brand new soundcore a20i, horrible audio issues
I just got some brand new soundcore a20i's because i heard theyre the best budget wireless earbuds, making this post because i haven't seen anyone else talk about this issue
I bought these to use on my iphone and my windows laptop, and I've been having issues on both to the point that it's practically unusable.
On iPhone, the earbuds are way too loud even on the lowest volume. At 20-30% volume it is genuinely painful, dont have this issue with any other headphones. I tried just leaving it at the lowest volume, but then I noticed that whenever a song would get quiet or start fading out, it would start cutting in and out and there would be this static noise, it's like the earbuds are incapable of playing low volumes
On windows it's a different story, the volume is fine but there's a really loud static whenever audio plays, I never had this issue with airpods or anything else.
I've tried all the solutions I could find on google, reset the earbuds multiple times, still no luck. Could this just be a faulty unit?
