I am confused on point (d). The interpretation of (d) can be either that the person who was in employment died during the employment meaning he died while he was doing an act in furtherance of his employment or another interpretation could be that, by virtue of him being in employment during his death, the options granted to him will be transferred to his legal heirs or nominee. I would love to hear your opinions.
