Their potential was almost too perfect to actually happen. The true power couple of Zoey 101 that never got to be 😭💔

I will always yearn what could’ve been with these two together (like how it was originally planned). I wrote a much more in depth post about Dana and Logan on this sub, but man… The possibilities were truly endless 😭😭❤️❤️

ICarly was an time classic show. But if there’s one thing I thought it lacked..

I think we can all agree on (obviously if we’re all members of this community and fandom) is that ICarly was one of the greatest, most influential and successful teen sitcoms of the 21st century. But if there were a few things I think it lacked, it was definitely that “edge” or “spice”, that other shows like Victorious or Zoey 101 had, especially in the earlier seasons. While it was very entertaining, it also came off as very corny and over the top. And I understand it’s a children’s sitcom, and the characters were a bit younger, but still.

I think Sam‘s character was supposed to be that “edge” that I’m referring to in this post, and while Jennette was very charismatic and made it work, Sam oftentimes just came off as violent and very mean spirited .Which is what leads me to… CHUCK!

Now, some of you might ask “Why, Chuck? He was just as violent and disrespectful as Sam!!”. Yes, but the difference was that Chuck was written to be an antagonist and tormenter of Spencer. But Sam, is supposed to be one of the main characters and a core part of the friend group.

Also, as many you may know, Chuck was originally supposed to be a much BIGGER part of ICarly in the later seasons and was planned to appear in many more episodes, but his actor Ryan Ochoa literally booked Pair of Kings just a few months after filming “IBeatheHeat” in summer 2009. However, if Chuck had stayed around, he definitely coul’ve added that “edge” of a juvenile, mischievous troublemaker type of kid, but who was also very entertaining.

Chuck was very charismatic (his best moments were in the hall monitor/Lewberts lost love episode), Ryan did a really good job in that one. And maybe if Chuck stayed around, we could’ve got some more content with his sister Gia and Spencer trying to date, maybe we find more about his home life and why he’s so angry, and maybe he even becomes friendly with Carly and the gang. 🤷‍♂️ Who knows. Anyway these are my thoughts, but please leave yours down below.

These two are truly one of the biggest “what ifs” not just in Zoey 101, but Nickelodeon live action sitcom history.

Okay look, I know there’s a lot of Quinn/Logan shippers out here, and I totally get why. They were such a big plot twist in the last season, and two characters that most people never thought would’ve got together, but let’s be real: they were NOT the original plan. Sure it was a cute little plot twist to shake things up in season 4, and they made the best of what they could with it, given how little time they had left to finish filming the show. But it was also very last minute and rushed.

HOWEVER, these two, Dana and Logan, were always originally going to be endgame from day one, and if Kristin didn’t leave or get fired (whichever it truly was) for the behind the scenes drama with Alexa (Nicole), there no doubt in my mind, if we had 4 full seasons of Dana/Logan proper character growth as individuals and developing of their relationship, they could’ve been the greatest and most iconic pairing in Nickelodeon history. I mean, just imagine how much they could relate and how much content we could’ve got with them? Both having troubled backgrounds (arrogant rich boy/bad girl dynamic) and them bonding over their family lives (we know Logan‘s parents are divorced, and I think Dana got expelled from her old school), so there could’ve been something there., They both are also athletic, competitive and love sports (imagine a Dana and Logan basketball match? That would been MUST SEE TV bro😭), their flirtatious banter, etc. Just go back and rewatch their scene from the 1st photo, the “School Dance” episode, where they’re teasing each other and Logan tries to make out with her? 100% romantic chemistry there. They truly matched each others energy SO PERFECTLY🤌 All they needed to do was just flesh out Dana’s character a bit more, and boom, it’s not even close.

They would’ve been far more interesting, drama filled, and had more ✨spice✨, than Zoey and Chase (they had their own cute dynamic/energy that worked for them, I get that), but still🤷‍♂️. Dana and Logan would’ve been the most popular. i know this is kind of long, but this ship hasn’t really gotten any love or recognition (for the brief scenes we did get from Dana/Logan), but those scenes stand out so much. Anyay, those are just my thoughts, but please leave your feedback below.
