Something i've hated for a while
Magically everyone, every good company, every good artist, every good developer loses their spark after a little while and they just stop developing whatever they made and end it, i see it with TV shows, games etc. WHY do we have dookie game remake #91872 but not updates/new content on actually good games, shows and movies? Before anyone says it i'll do it for them, more often than not works will drag on with unnecessary seasons, updates and it ruins the said piece of media a lot of the times. BUT come on, there should be a balance here, we can have more with deadcells, just enough to not ruin it and make it better. Some QoL tweaks, some balance changes, maybe a couple weapons if you wanna be generous, i am not gonna sit here and pretend they can make new maps and weapons EVERY update but they could have atleast refreshed the meta of the game every once in a while in some ways. I dunno, maybe i just miss the excitement and fun i had when i first started playing deadcells when everything was still feeling new. Not the first time i feel this way about a game but deadcells has a special place in my heart
