Confused About Prescription Refill

I am very confused about my dosing.

My current prescription is BPI Tirzepatide + B6. The concentration of the Tirzepatide only in the 3ml vial is 60 mg/3 ml = 20 mg/ml. My dose is 68 units (AKA 68 ml) per week. This dose would then calculate to 13.6 mg per week. Right?

I now need a refill. I told the caregiver that I had titrated up to 75 units (AKA 75 ml) and am finally getting appetite suppression and slow weight loss. It is working beautifully! I asked that the 75 units be approved with an alteration in the prescription. As we know, BPI has been shuttered. This is the complete wording on the refill that I have been given:

"Casa Tirzepatide/B6 13.5mg (3 month)
Inject 45 units subcutaneously once weekly
This is currently the highest dose available for this formulation."

It seems to me that I will be receiving a slightly less concentrated amount and have been instructed to inject less.

What am I missing?

Boarding Group Question

Hello!

I have a Southwest Rapid Rewards Priority Visa. I booked a basic fare and then upgraded to Extra Legroom at 48 hours prior to check in. I chose seat 4F (Window). I was upgraded correctly at no charge.

I am aware that my credit card gives me automatic Boarding Group 5. But once I upgrade, shouldn't my boarding group change to 1 or 2 due to the Extra Legroom designation and also due to WILMA boarding? My boarding pass still indicates I'm in boarding group 5. Normally I wouldn't care, but I'm flying with fresh caught (yesterday) frozen salmon...packed appropriately... and it needs to be with me. It can't be checked if the bins are full.

TYIA for any perspective on this!
