Rockstar Preorders?
Obviously no doubt everyone has heard about the "Best Buy Leaks" and I was wondering if anyone actually believed it because on Twitter/X they seem absolutely hellbent that this is real but I find it extremely skeptical because the guy who got the affiliate email on stream (Slide 1) the email to me seems a little sketchy (granted I'm not an affiliate but from just looking at it) also I don't think Rockstar would allow or Best Buy would put it as "GTA 6" would they not market it as "Grand Theft Auto VI" and on Twitter/X someone posted a Best Buy Live Agent (Slide 2) and the Live Agent said yes preorders will be available May 18th so I was like well fuck it I'll give it a try and so I did (Slide 3) and much to my non existent surprise of course they said "yeah no" so I went back to Twitter/X and confronted the person who provided Slide 2 and showed them my experience and said what's this and of course they said in exact quotes "It seems the AI version of the chatbot is pulling data from the Internet, but real people won’t confirm anything" and my instant thought was well the cat is supposedly already out of the bag and everyone knows so what's the point in hiding it and to fuel my suspicion even more Rockstar has said absolutely nothing I mean look at what they've done to past leaks if Best Buy leaked preorders for their most anticipated game of all time I'd expect them to have a full Nuclear Meltdown but idk what do you think.
