Can ALS spread to the bulbar area with this pattern?

So I'm around 5 months on from first noticing constant weakness in my limbs and now there's objective clinical weakness in my mouth and cheek muscles too.

So like water dribbles out of my mouth and I literally can't swish mouthwash to the far left side of my mouth anymore.

Thing is whilst my family says my voice is a bit hoarser and quieter than normal, it definitely isn't slurred. It might sound a bit nasal but they say they can't hear it.

Is this consistent with ALS? As in can ALS spread to the bulbar area whilst initially only causing weakness in the cheek and mouth muscles without causing any speech slurring or tongue weakness?

Effects of UK medical weed versus UK street weed

So I got my first batch today from Alternaleaf and the buds smelt and looked just like street cannabis, but when I vaped it felt different, less of a head trip despite high THC 27%.

Like this indica leaning hybrid strain, Upstate T27 Planet Purple, is a touch too activating, but I can imagine a full indica perhaps having a similar effect without the mental wired activation.

I've had strains in America that had those characteristics and more. I know I shouldn't raise my expectations like that, it's not comparable, but I know the effect that I want from medical cannabis and I'm just unsure if UK medical weed will get me there

My other question is whether the experience I described has something to do with that particular strain? Like do you think its a fair representative of the type of cannabis available in UK medical clinics?

Is this technique normal?

So I don't know much about microneedling but I just had professional mn done with 1.5mm needles and they stamped over the same area repeatedly.

I'm really worried that maybe they did something wrong like perhaps it was too aggressive to go over the same area like that?

Or is this normal practice?

The last couple of months my fingers started to curl inwards towards my palm, I can actively straighten them without any resistance (except at the last part of the movement when they're a bit stiff) but when I rest my hand they curl inwards.

At the same time when I straighten my fingers the fingertips deviate to the side.

I've also noticed some moderate weakness in my finger adduction and abduction strength, and both of my little toes retract but only partially, meaning they both drag behind the rest of my toes a little. Mainly pinky and ring finger is affected but my other fingers too to a lesser extent, except maybe my thumb which doesn't seem to be that affected.

Over the last year or so I've also noticed that my voice is a bit quieter, which I had dismissed as just being due to my acid reflux possibly inflaming my voice box.

Also I seem to have like a micro tremor in my jaw, which varies in intensity and some mild nerve pain in the balls of my feet. I read that sensory symptoms are actually not uncommon in ALS but I'm not sure if it would include this specific sensory symptom.

I also have body wide twitching, particularly in my legs and the back of my shoulder. Much less commonly in my arms and hands although it does occasionally occur. When I straighten my fingers they seem to 'dance' from side to side, meaning each of them every couple of seconds or so.

I'm 29.

Anyone have any ideas how consistent this is with ALS?
