Umm well my son is in his teens and Im afraid he has been watching too much pornography and I have no clue how to make him stop addicted. Should i take him to a therapist or is it a phase?

I was raised in an incestous family. I didnt know it was wrong ahen i was a kid but as i grew up i realised its very very wrong and i disliked it very much and j clearly showed that i disliked it to my mom and dad. But they didnt vare about me nkr my opinion all they did was see my body at apoint it used to hurt my penis so much i cried. But still no good thing he died. And my mom she feels so proud about it i hate it fuckinh hate it. I just feel so idk not aligned in my life ig cuz my minf always thinks about this. Thats all
