4-week update

Been running Retatrutide 0.5mg weekly for the first 4 weeks, recently moved to 1mg split dosing. Supporting with creatine and Vitamin D3/K2. Got full bloodwork and an InBody scan before starting. Training consistently — 4 day lifting split plus running ~2.9 miles per session, roughly 120 sessions over 10 weeks.

Scale only moved 1.5 lbs over the first 4 weeks. Almost thought nothing was happening. InBody told a completely different story. lost 4.3 lbs of pure fat while gaining 2.9 lbs of lean mass simultaneously while in a calorie deficit. Body fat dropped from 23.4% to 21.5%, InBody score up from 83 to 87, and BMR actually increased 29 calories meaning metabolism sped up instead of slowing down. Waist down half an inch. Creatine water retention was masking the fat loss on the scale the entire time.
