Hi, Good day.

Ask lang sana ako anong magandang gagawin kasi I received a demand letter from BDO Credit Card.

I wasn't able to pay since June 2025.

For the context, I was diagnosed with Cancer on June 2025, had to undergo several treatments including surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy, adding here lots of lots of lab tests in between.

It drained my financial capacity. I have to stopped at work for my treatment. I had no work from July 2025-March 2026, so I have no salary.

I skipped and forgotten this card. Actually I still have other credit cards (EW and BPI) but I managed to pay them off, little by little, so accounts are active.

The credit grew From 55k+ to 89k+

What to do? Can I negotiate to them?

Any business ideas sa loob ng subdivision? The subdivision is pretty big (more or less 1000 units). We are located along the main road+corner lot, first street tumbok sa main gate (just 15 houses from the gate). Budget is 300K-500K.

NOTE: No restrictions po sa loob ng subdivision. Pwedeng magtayo ng any business, providing I submitted complete requirements for construction.

I am planning to put a business of transient house/airbnb to utilize our house. I am working fulltime so I will just manage this business after work or hire somebody to manage.

Please share your insights especially those who are in the same business.

It is along the main road and near the gate so upon seeing the actual unit, we are interested. But I am wondering anybody from the same subdivision about how's thr community and HOA itself?
Before I proceed in reservation.
