So this is my 2nd stay in Gensan, first one was in 2024 didn't really plan on staying long so didn't try to branch out since I was planning on going home to leyte after 3 months, but this time I don't really want to stay at home all the time specially since my job is WFH. Any suggestions where's a good place to chill or go to.

(Not posting this for creepy reasons, not looking for hookups too, just want people to have a beer or two with, also I really don't know how to branch out anymore haha)

I've been seeing this guy for couple of months na pud, and from the start pa lang, clear naman mi na this is just for fun. No commitment and nothing serious. Okay ra man ko ato.

Pero lately murag naa koy feeling nga I'm not the only girl he's talking to or seeing. Wala koy proof or anything, just a gut feeling ra na nagapa overthink naku.

Then narealize naku nga dili diay ko comfortable if he's seeing multiple girls at the same time baskin given na wala sila ga sex. as much as i love japanese cuisine, murag daghan nag japanese restos dri sa gensan, i just hope we could have more options here in gensan.

Not necessarily different cuisine, but something new on the palate, new flavors to enjoy.

I really loved Namaskar Ji and Asian Tongue before covid and not only that a lot of local restaurants closed too like Marrie’s Kitchen, they had rock sugar chicken wings in their menu that was so good.

Planning to go to COM of MSU GenSan. How is the neighborhood po around the uni? And gano po ba talaga kainit jan? 🥲 As someone who came from the chiller parts of Mindanao, di po talaga ako sanay. This summer heat nga lang po di ko na kaya, even tho mahangin pa sa lagay na toh. And also hm po usually rent and utilities?

I want to know if this is a normal practice in Maxim or if I should be cautious.

I ordered food through Maxim and was paying the rider via GCash. The delivery fee was already set in the app, but the rider asked if I could send more than the total amount. He said it was so he could cash out his GCash balance because there would be a cash-out charge (or surcharge—I wasn’t entirely sure what he meant).

I found the request unusual since the amount due was already fixed in the app.
Is this something Maxim riders commonly do, or is it against company policy? Has anyone else experienced this?

I wasn’t sure how GCash cash-out works for riders, so I didn’t know whether to agree or decline. I’m asking here to understand if this is a legitimate request or if it’s better to avoid it.

here in gensan, kung naglain imong gibati unya gusto nimo muulig sayo, di ka kauli within 30 mins ra. it would you take you an hour or two para makauli sa inyo. kung paadto kag trabaho, you would need to allot an hour for the commute, kay hastang ka-traffic dinha sa may silway. dili lang pod traffic imong kalaban, naa pod ning “puno” system sa mga toda nga di mularga kung dili puno ang tricycle. though understandable, pero sometimes frustrating kay nisakay gani ka aron madali. totally defeats the purpose of a vehicle.

and the worst of all, ang pamasahe. dugay na gani ka kaabot sa imong destinasyon, init na gani, naa pa jud mga driver nga abusado kaayo muhangyo ug pamasahe. sa tinuod lang parehas ra baya ta ninyo tanan gapaningkamot. dili porket kami ang pasahero kay mas kwartahan mi ninyo.

it’s so frustrating. gasto, kapoy, ug makahilak if commuter ka diri sa gensan. imong sweldo nga minimum ra gani tungaon pa nimo para ra sa pamasahe.
