Lilac didn't come back this Spring 🙁

There's barely any leafs on this mature lilac. It was full green and flowered nicely last year. All of the stems are green after scratching through the surface....

Just leave and see what happens? Or prune - how aggressively?

Hi all. Last year I got lucky picking up a salsa notch cues on sale for $2.1K. I love it...

And now I'm looking for a moderately priced 27.5 full susp emtb for my 12 year old son to join me on rides... I would use it too on occasion.

Any suggestions from the collective here?
