Local breeder

Talking to a local breeder and was wondering if anyone on here had dealt with them and how their experience was long term. Been talking with kurakats in North Carolina and I’ve found a kitten that I’d like to get just trying to do my due diligence before I make any purchases.

About to fight a coworker

I work at a manufacturing plant and I’d moved down for this job about seven years ago. I enjoy my job, but I’ve been having problems mainly with one employee since the day I started over the years it’s gotten significantly worse. He was close with the owner and initially he was very upset about me. The owner spending time and the owner was only spending time with me because I had nobody else down here. I had nobody in my life. I don’t have much family and so he was just trying to be there while I acclimated to the area.

It started off with him just refusing to have meetings and saying I’ve got better shit to do refusing to produce parts that are needed for various departments walking up to me in the middle of the day and just swearing at me yelling and then eventually got to the point where threats were made. He started walking around saying that I probably just perform oral sex on the owner every day and asking me how his coke tastes if my lips. It got to an extremely vulgar point where he was yelling this stuff in the middle of the shop refused to use my name. It would make up hypersexual nicknames for me and when speaking with the owner, he said it’s something I need to figure out

it’s finally gotten to the point where me and him are almost nonverbal and if we do talk, it’s usually an argument and the last thing I’ve gotten from the owner is maybe we just need to go into the parking lot and have a fist fight shake hands and come back in. I am at my wits end. I’m losing sleep over this. I’m having chest pains. I’m not afraid about fighting someone I’m ex military I’m in really good shape. I do kickboxing so the fight is not what concerns me. It’s the fact that I don’t want to have to fight coworkers to establish respect completely at my wits end. Don’t want to quit this job because I love what I do, but I hate this environment.

I don’t claim to be the best manager in the world I make mistakes I don’t handle every situation perfect I’m still learning, but I try my hardest to treat people with respect daily and don’t speak crudely to others
