PlayStation will IMMEDIATELY remove your perfectly innocuous message that has no cursing, harassing or even disrespectful language and claim you violated their “code of conduct” and claim it was “thoroughly investigated” even though the bots clearly removed it and they immediately decided you broke a rule in the speed of light. Then of course there’s no department that can be reached because they know they can’t really answer for the bullshit decisions they make because they leave it all up to bots. I once said “I knew I would win with her lol” to a friend and they removed my message and then sent me this. Wtf is wrong with these companies these days and these ridiculous draconian practices?! I could see if I cursed someone out but the fact that these come to you when having a harmless exchange of words should be a bigger issue.

I kept going back and forth when the nice folks in Not America about why my completion rate isn’t increasing.

They kept repeating that I “unassigned orders” (which affects your completion rate” several times over the last few days.

I kept repeating to them that I didn’t unassign orders and that I simply declined those orders that they were referencing which shouldn’t affect my completion rate but only my acceptance rate.

These idiots kept repeating the same thing as if I didn’t understand. I even screenshot it and showed them where they were wrong. But they know I’m supposed to have a gold status so they play ignorant.

As you can see in the pictures, I haven’t unassigned an order since October. They kept telling me I “unassigned” as order on July 11 and 8. Which in fact I simply declined those orders, as reflected in the pictures. They do this stuff on purpose!
